THE MANIFESTO
ఈ జాబ్స్ ఎందుకు అసలు, ఒక ప్రకటన.
Why these jobs, at all, a declaration.
Every doctor saving a life at 3 AM. Every teacher shaping a mind on ₹25k. Every engineer on a construction site in 45°C. Every software engineer debugging legacy code at midnight. Every CA in ITR season. We respect you. We do not roast you.
The system that sells you "study hard, get a job, life set" and hides the fine print. The system that runs on తెలిసిన వాళ్లు, తెలిసినవాళ్లు. The system that glorifies 70-hour weeks and calls burnout a badge. The system that posts "we are a family" on LinkedIn and fires you on a Friday email. That system gets roasted. Hard.
Because the truth belongs in Telugu as much as it belongs in English. Because the auntie asking "amma, placement eppudu?" deserves to read this in her own tongue. Because the 17-year-old in Guntur deserves the same clarity as the 17-year-old in Gurugram. JobTikka is bilingual by design , English + Telugu, always.
Every roast on JobTikka is backed by data, by interviews, by anonymous case studies, by the lived experience of thousands of Indian workers. We do not invent. We compile. We name the room. We describe the pattern.
You, reading this, are not the problem. You are the person this manifesto was written for. You worked hard. You played by the rules. If the rules failed you, that is what we are roasting. Not you.
Satire without love is cruelty. JobTikka is not cruelty. It is a love letter, to every Indian worker, to every Telugu student, to every parent who just wants their child to be safe, to every cousin who just wants a fair shot. With love. Always with love.
